I looked up Lumo on Amazon and was impressed with the reviews.but it came with a pretty steep price tag at around $80. Lumo then measures whenever your body moves out of alignment and vibrates to remind you to correct your posture. You can calibrate the Lumo Lift by pairing it via Bluetooth to it's companion app on your smart phone. ![]() Think of it like a small pin you would wear on your shirt or jacket. It uses a magnet to stay in place, a small silver or black square that is visible on the outside of your clothing. The device is small, maybe half the size of a stick of gum and it's worn on the inside of your shirt, on your chest close to the shoulder. A friend of mine recommended it to me and I was immediately intrigued. but often we fall into bad habits and don't even realize it. Of course we're all told to sit up straight, adjust the angle of our screens etc. Maintaining that daily writing habit is hard enough without having to worry about posture too!
